The Strippit P-1212/1225 CNC turret punch press from LVD Strippit represents the cutting edge in modern punching technology. Using an advanced control and frame design, the Strippit P-1212/1225 brings a high level of productivity for a low investment. With the high speeds necessary for medium to long run production and the flexibility for short run production, the Strippit P-1212/1225 are unique machines in today’s demanding fabrication environment.
Turret Style
The 21 station, thick style turret of the Strippit 1212/1225 were specially designed for Strippit P-1212/1225 to provide high performance, reliability and easy operator access. 2” (C-station) auto index stations are standard, each accepting tools up to 2” in diameteor wheel-style tools from Wilson Tool. As in all LVD Strippit turrets, each station has a hardened steel bushing to ensure accurate punch alignment for the life of the machine. All stations are also keyed to allow shaped tooling to be used in all stations.
Control
Strippit P-Series punch presses use the GE Fanuc 0iP CNC control. This powerful control provides Fanuc’s renowned reliability in control and servo
technology yet offers simplicity for operator input of critical dimensions. The control allows the machine operator to edit, input or output programs during machine operation to reduce setup and improve productivity.
P-Series CNC turret punch presses feature a cost efficient 20-ton machine designed for reliability and ease of use. Suitable for entry-level fabricators, P-Series machines are also ideal for cellular manufacturing, short runs or prototypes. A small foot print (100 inches by 177inches) with
a 21-station turret with three 50,8 mm (2) auto-index stations, powerful Fanuc GE 0iP CNC control, and rugged frame and table design achieve tight tolerances and consistent punching accuracy. These features make the P-Series a the right choice in todays manufacturing market.
